Horacki Software ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use ReadyRecord ("the App"), a home inventory and documentation application.

2.1 Information You Provide

ReadyRecord is designed with privacy in mind. We do NOT collect personal information directly from you. All inventory data, photos, documents, and personal information you enter into the App are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account (if you enable iCloud sync).

2.2 Analytics Data

We use PostHog, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the App. This may include:

• App usage patterns and feature interactions
• Device type and operating system version
• App performance metrics
• Crash reports and error logs

This data is collected in aggregate and does not identify you personally. It does not include any of your inventory data, photos, or personal documents.

3. How We Use Information

The anonymous analytics data we collect is used to:

• Improve App functionality and user experience
• Identify and fix bugs or technical issues
• Understand which features are most useful to users
• Guide future development priorities

4. Data Storage and Security

Your inventory data, photos, and documents are stored:

• Locally on your device: All data you enter is stored on your iPhone or iPad.
• In your iCloud account (optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, protected by Apple's security measures.

We do not have access to your inventory data, photos, or documents. This data never passes through our servers.

5.1 PostHog Analytics

5.2 Apple Services

If you use iCloud sync, your data is subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms of service. Apple's privacy policy can be found at https://www.apple.com/privacy/.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. The only data shared with third parties is anonymous analytics data with PostHog as described above.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your data:

• Delete your data: You can delete all your inventory data at any time by deleting the App or clearing App data in your device settings.
• iCloud data: If you use iCloud sync, you can manage or delete your data through your iCloud settings.
• Analytics opt-out: You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings.

8. Children's Privacy

ReadyRecord is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
